Here at West Yorkshire HIPs we have been involved in the Home Information Pack arena since February 2007,  a full 6 months before HIPs became compulsory. In this time we have shaped and refined our business model to provide you with the very best service possible and one that’s in tune with your needs.

Like it or not Home Information Packs (HIPs) are a reality and if you're responsible for selling a property you MUST commission a HIP before you can legally proceed. From October 2008 all Landlords MUST have a valid Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). These certificates can only be produced by qualified and accredited professionals such as ourselves. The good news is that presently these certificates are valid for 10 years. Therefore once you have one you can carry on as normal safe in the knowledge that you are legally compliant.
