As of August 2007 home sellers were required to compile a Home Information Pack (HIP) and make this available to prospective buyers. Recently the need to have HIP prior to first point of marketing was delayed until January 2009. In essence meaning that from 2009 a HIP MUST be compiled before the first point of sale. However as you may be aware there have already been numerous changes and delays in legislation and we are aware how of the effect these changes may present to both you and your respective business, but help is at hand.
